Securly Filter Updates

As part of the recent back-to-school 2023 update for Securly Filter, there are several new categories now available to help the Senior Leadership Teams and Designated Safeguarding Leads manage student safety.

These filter categories will be sparsely populated at first so as not to cause a major impact on school policies, and they will become more populated in the coming months as we user reports and the Securly AI scanning technology fill them out.

Below is a list of the new categories that have been introduced, as well as how they will be implemented into new and existing policies based on current policy settings.
