Heat is the Presence & Location element of the Wildfire Suite. It identifies the presence of devices, and pinpoints the location of their owners as they arrive at and transit through your physical space.
At its heart is the Heat Location Senosor a wi-fi sensor that is installed as an overlay to existing wi-fi networks and can accurately locate devices without reference to their MAC address, providing accurate counting and analytics of devices before (and after) they connect to the network.
The Heat Analytics system can also take input from RTLS feeds including compatible wi-fi access points, bluetooth sensors and head counting camera systems.
The location sensors feed an analytics system which as well as providing device location plots and heat maps gives some great business focussed analytics such via the dashboard.

Visitors: A count of visitors, new visitors, repeat visitors. Up/Down percentage on previous period.
Visitor trend: Visitor count plotted against time and with external feeds such as weather
Dwell Time: Peak and average
Visitor Recency: Plotting days since last visit
Visitor Frequency: Number of times visitors have visited
Entrance Counts: Number of people who enter/exit through each entrance
Cross Shopping: Analysis of how people transit through the store (between geofences)
Service Levels: Queue times against queue SLA
HEAT records and plots the location of mobile devices as they transit through your physical space. Devices do not have to be connected to the wi-fi network to register, and our data collection is GDPR compliant.
The solution provides highly accurate location, and supports Geo-fencing enabling areas such as entrances, exits, POS areas, departments and aisles to be identified and treated as unique location entities.
Customers can view real time and historic location plots and heat maps. Supplemented by identity information gathered by our captive portal and AAA systems.
